Welcome to AM Mobile RV Service. By accessing or using our website at ammobilerv.com and by engaging our mobile RV repair, maintenance, and upgrade services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our website or requesting services. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services Overview

AM Mobile RV Service provides mobile RV repair, maintenance, inspection, and upgrade services throughout the Texas Hill Country, including Bandera, Kerrville, Hondo, Fredericksburg, Tarpley, and surrounding areas. We travel to your location — whether that's a campground, RV park, storage facility, or private residence — to perform services on-site. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and the specific conditions described in these Terms.

2. Service Charges & Payment Terms

• Service Call Fee: A service call fee applies to all appointments and is due when the technician arrives at your location, regardless of whether repairs are completed during that visit. This fee covers travel, initial diagnosis, and assessment.
• Estimates: We provide estimates for repair work based on our initial assessment. Estimates are not guaranteed final prices and may change if additional issues are discovered during the repair process. We will communicate any significant changes before proceeding with additional work.
• Parts: Parts are priced separately from labor. Parts may be supplied by AM Mobile RV Service or by the customer. We do not provide a warranty on customer-supplied parts and are not liable for any issues arising from their use or installation.
• Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, credit cards, and other approved payment methods. A processing fee may apply to credit card transactions.
• Travel Fees: Travel fees may apply depending on the distance from our base of operations to your location. Travel fees will be communicated at the time of scheduling.

3. Scheduling & Cancellation

• Appointments: All service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We make every effort to arrive within the agreed-upon time window, but delays may occur due to prior appointments, parts availability, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• No-Show: If we arrive at the scheduled location and are unable to access the RV or the customer is not available as agreed, the full service call fee will apply.

4. Warranty & Guarantees

• Labor Warranty: All labor performed by AM Mobile RV Service is covered by our workmanship warranty. If an issue arises that is directly related to our work, we will schedule a return visit to resolve it at no additional labor charge, subject to the terms of our warranty policy.
• Parts Warranty: Parts supplied by AM Mobile RV Service carry the manufacturer's warranty. We will assist with warranty claims on parts we supply. We do not warrant or guarantee customer-supplied parts.
• Exclusions: Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, modifications made by others, normal wear and tear, or environmental factors (e.g., weather, flooding, rodent damage).

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Access: You are responsible for ensuring that our technician has safe and adequate access to your RV at the scheduled time. This includes a level, stable surface, adequate lighting, and clearance around the RV as needed.
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information about the issues you are experiencing and the history of your RV. Inaccurate or incomplete information may affect our ability to diagnose and repair your RV effectively.
• Pets & Safety: Please secure any pets and ensure a safe working environment for our technician. We reserve the right to decline service if conditions are unsafe.
• Authorization: By requesting service, you authorize AM Mobile RV Service to perform the agreed-upon diagnostic, repair, and/or maintenance work on your RV.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AM Mobile RV Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden damage, or issues that were not identified during the initial assessment. RV systems are complex and interconnected; repairing one issue may reveal additional underlying problems that were not previously apparent.

7. Use of Website

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or request services.
• You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website if you violate these Terms.
• All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of AM Mobile RV Service or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AM Mobile RV Service, its owner, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your use of our website, your violation of these Terms, or your use of our services, except to the extent caused by our negligence or willful misconduct.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Bandera County, Texas, or the applicable federal court in the Western District of Texas.
