Hi everyone, I'm Alan Matthews, the founder of this company and I'm glad you're here. You might have heard my story of how I became a mobile rv technician and launched this amazing project. It all started when I was working behind a computer screen, but I hated it. I was living in my rv while my house was under construction, and it was a mix of adventure and frustration. I had to deal with all kinds of issues that came up with the rv. One time, I had a leaky shower valve and I called an rv tech to fix it. He took 15 minutes and a cheap part to do it, and then he charged me more than $500 for his service. He didn't even bother to seal the valve properly when he was done. That's when I realized that there was a huge demand for rv techs, but not enough supply. And more importantly, there was a need for rv techs who cared about their work and their customers. That's how I decided to change my career and my life. Now, I'm proud to say that we operate by the values of honesty, reliability, quality and service. We don't just repair rvs, we make them better.
